Oxford Concerto Orchestra

The Oxford Concerto Orchestra offers an outstanding opportunity for school-aged string, and sometimes wind, players to rehearse and perform chamber-orchestra music from baroque to 20th-century. It is a really friendly orchestra. It aims to present a concert shortly before half-term in each school term, with two or three rehearsals, usually on Sundays, to prepare for this. It is directed by Mariette Richter, a renowned teacher and performer in the Oxford and Abingdon area.

The Orchestra is keen to recruit new members for the ’22-23 season. An application form is available on the attached leaflet. Do give it a try! http://abmusfest.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/2020-2021-OCO-brochure-year-2021.pdf
